TANIMI:

FELIX FILLER®, sentetik kökenli ve pirojenik olmayan, çapraz bağlı hyaluronik asitten oluşan, yüksek viskoziteli, steril, kokusuz, renksiz ve şeffaf sulu bir jeldir. Her kutu iki adet plaster ve kullanma talimatı içerir. Her bir plasterde, FELIX FILLER®  jel ile önceden doldurulmuş 1 ml'lik tek kullanımlık 1 adet enjektör ve iki adet 30G ½”  iğne; yani, her kutuda 2 adet enjektör ve 4 adet iğne vardır.

ENDİKASYONLARI:

FELIX FILLER®, cilde enjeksiyon yoluyla yüz kırışıklıklarının tedavisi için tasarlanmış bir dermal dolgu maddesidir. Etki süresi, enjeksiyonun derinliğine ve yerine bağlı olarak, ortalama 6-18 ay arasındadır.

KONTRENDİKASYONLARI:

• Göz çevresine yapılan enjeksiyonlar (göz çevresi, göz kapakları )
• Damar içine enjeksiyon

YAN ETKİLERİ:

Bu ürünün potansiyel, ani veya gecikmeli yan etkileri vardır. Doktorlar hastalarını, aşağıdakileri içeren ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmayan yan etkiler hakkında bilgilendirmelidir. Bu yan etkiler aşağıdakilerdir:

• Enjeksiyon bölgesinde kaşıntı, ağrı, basınç renk değişikliği veya hassasiyetin eşlik ettiği enflamatuar reaksiyonlar (kızarıklık, şişme, eritem vb.).
• Enjeksiyon yerinde sertleşme (cildin sertleşmesi) veya nodül formalitasyonu.

• Aşırı duyarlılıktan kaynaklandığı düşünülen reaksiyonlar her 1500 tedavinin birden azında bildirilmiştir. Bunlar, enjeksiyon yerinde uzun süreli eritem, şişme ve sertleşmeyi içerir. Bu reaksiyonlar genellikle enjeksiyondan hemen sonra veya 2-4 hafta sonra ortaya çıkar ve genellikle hafif ve orta şiddette olup, ortalama 2 hafta sürer. UYUMSUZLUK:

AMBALAJLAMA:

• Her bir FELIX FILLER® kutusunda, standart Luer kilit bağlantılı iki adet enjektörle bitlikte, enjektör başına ikişer adet olmak üzere, 30G ½” sterilize edilmiş, toplam 4 adet iğne bulunur.
• Son kullanma tarihi üretim tarihinden itibaren 1 yıldır. Üretim Tarihi ve Parti No. ambalaj üzerindedir. Ambalajı kuru tutunuz. Serin ve rutubetsiz yerde muhafaza ediniz.

DEPOLAMA KOŞULLARI:

• Maksimum stabilite ve raf ömrü için, bu ürünü +2 ila +25 °C arasındaki ortamda depolayınız. Dondurucu ortamdan ve direkt güneş ışığından koruyunuz.
• Her bir paketin üzerinde son kullanma tarihi belirtilmiştir.
• Paket hasar görmüşse kullanmayınız.

• Bu ürün, kardiyak komplikasyonlu akut romatoid artrit hastalarında ve kalp hastalığı öyküsü olan hastalarda kullanılmamalıdır.
• Hematom riski yüksek olan hastalarda kullanılmamalıdır.
• Antikoagülan ilaçlar kullanan hastalarda kullanılmamalıdır.
